WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
We're looking for a bright Junior Java Developer with a passion for technology and coding to add real value to our technical team. We use a huge range of technologies from Spring to Android to Python, but all you need to succeed in this role is a good grasp of Java and the ability to openly discuss projects! From day one, we'll give you the opportunity to learn our existing API and create reusable code. We operate a fast paced, deadline driven environment so the successful candidate will have a good head on their shoulders and be able to multitask!

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE….

  • Previous experience using Java
  • Degree in Computer Science / Computing / Software Development or similar
  • A genuine passion for all things tech!

Web Developer

Our client is one of the leading web design and development agencies in the South East. They are currently looking for an experienced Web Developer to join their team at the head office based in St Leonards on Sea.

As a Web Developer you will be creating attractive and engaging user experiences for a wide range of local, national and international clients, alongside the companies’ in-house production team. You will be generating and implementing new ideas for user interaction, navigation and animation across a range of sites including Wordpress and Drupal. The ideal Web Developer will have demonstrable experience within a commercial web environment; have a strong knowledge of responsive frameworks as well as a keen interest in the latest techniques.

The ideal Web Developer will possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar role
  • Possess great CSS, JavaScript and JQuery Skills

To be successful within the role, you should ideally have at least a years experience within Web Development, being comfortable with systems development, life cycle processes with a good working knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, AJAX, ASP, XML, SQL and Object-Oriented Design.
