Application Support Analyst (Dynamics 365, C#)

Location: Maidenhead

Salary: £40k-£60k plus benefits

Are you a keen Developer with a passion or interest in development? Do you have hands on C# coding skills and experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics? We are looking for an experienced Support Analyst who has worked to aid end users, and who can provide expert advice around using Dynamics 365, but who also comes with hands on C# coding experience and new feature implementation withing the Dynamics environment. You will maintain, support and ensure the smooth running of the applications that are critical to the business operations. You will also be heavily involved in implementing new systems and the data migration that comes with this responsibility. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a business-critical upgrade, and the success of the business moving forwards.

What you will bring or learn:

-         Experience of supporting Microsoft Dynamics products e.g. CRM, 365, AX etc.

As the Data Migration Operative you will use the tools provided to migrate application data, work with colleagues in the Development and Technical Teams to develop tools to aid data migration and ensure data is migrated accurately by testing all work thoroughly.

You will be responsible for producing clear and accurate documentation of the migration process, seek improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of data migrations and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

Candidates must have excellent written and IT literacy skills with sound working knowledge of MS Office products, specifically Excel. Knowledge of MS SQL Server or other relational database application is desirable. Candidates must have an interest in Data.

The whole project includes over 1500 units and includes an RC Frame structure of over 20 storeys. There will also be commercial space included such as a Gym, Healthcare area, and commercial space of over 100,000 sq feet. There will also be over 5 acres of landscaped open space, with water features, pathways & seating areas. 

The candidate will be mainly dealing with Sub contract packages and dealing with cost management. They will be reporting directly into the Managing Surveyor on the project but as a whole will finish one of the phases. 

The ideal candidate will have come from a developer background and will be looking to take the next step into a large organisation. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity so eventual permanent employment will be offered to a successful candidate. 

The ideal candidate must have; 

- Quantity Surveying Degree (or equivalent) 

- Previous experience with a developer 

- At least 5 years experience in Surveying 

- RC Frame experience in relevant sector 

- Drive and motivation to push a project forward
