An excellent opportunity has risen with a global Mar-Tech company for a Technical Consultant to work on high profile integration projects with some of the worlds greatest brands.

Role of the Technical Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise SaaS technologists to lead customer technical software integration projects as well as rolling up your sleeves when it's needed. This individual should be someone who can quickly build trust and earn credibility to a variety of stakeholders, from IT to senior executives at the C-level, by displaying his or her knowledge of technology, and industry.

He/she will consult with current enterprise customers, and provide technical guidance and configuration recommendations to integration the applications into the backend ecosystems of customer, including CRM, analytics suites, marketing automation software, etc.

He or she should be able to understand the nuances of how APIs can connect with other platforms, and be comfortable reviewing technical documentation to derive what is and isn't possible. White boarding customer journeys should be second nature. This role will primarily be working with our major accounts and/or strategic alliances partners to map to a broader ecosystem, not selling the product as a standalone tool.

This customer facing role will require a high degree of understanding of business applications integrations and must work closely with internal onshore and offshore resources to ensure the successful implementation of the platform.

Main Responsibilities
·Create content and develop Best-in-class, customer facing materials and training content for (but not limited to)
·API 2.0 onboarding
·Standard Connectors (SFDC, MS Dynamics, Adobe Analytics, etc)
·Perform Onboarding and Training Courses based on materials you co-develop with Solution Architect and other Cross-Functional Teams
·Revise Materials with Cross-Functional teams and Customer Feedback
·Enable efficiency gains within Technical Service team, but implementing training, documentation and repeatable process
·Provide guidance and support to Support Team
·Level 3 Escalations
·Process & Documentation
·Root Cause Analysis
·Lead Integrations Projects by leveraging Standardized Connectors to Enterprise Software Solutions, in complex customer environments
·Consult with internal resources and external customers in a highly complex technical environment
·Provide solutions using creative problem solving, technical expertise and strong understanding of underlying business requirements and best practices.
·Provided guidance to customers who are implementing solutions using the API.
·Maintain knowledge of the application and architecture.
·Work closely with the Product Support, Customer Success, Client Services and Development teams to resolve application issues and plan for changes, upgrades, enhancements and new customer provisioning.
·Document operational procedures
·Inspire, grow and lead junior consultants
·Follow industry trends and developments to provide new ideas and recommendations on processes and products.

You will be degree qualified in a relevant subject and have SIFA level 6/7 as well as Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE 2 and AGILE experience. You will be a strong leader, motivating and developing a large multi disciplined team whilst remaining calm under pressure with excellent communication skills.

The role is based out of County Hall in Trowbridge. Wiltshire Council offer flexible working and remote working. Trowbridge has excellent transport links with the train station less than a 5 minute walk and good bus routes.
